Shipping policy

Every SWA Saber is crafted to order with precision and care. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production of your custom saber before dispatch. Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey in real time.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Standard (Free) Shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Lightspeed Shipping: 48 hours after dispatch

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, carrier volume, and customs clearance.

At SWA Sabers, we prioritize quality and accuracy over speed — ensuring that every saber leaving our facility meets the highest standard of craftsmanship before it ships.

Delivery Responsibility & Theft Disclaimer

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, the shipment is considered successfully fulfilled on our end.

By default, most carriers are authorized to leave packages at the delivery address without a signature unless the recipient requests otherwise.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Monitor tracking updates directly on the carrier’s website, and
  • Request signature confirmation, hold-for-pickup, or alternative delivery instructions if they do not want the package left unattended.

If a customer does not request a signature or secure delivery option, they acknowledge that the package may be left at the doorstep or designated delivery location.

SWA Sabers is not responsible for theft, loss, or disappearance of packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Any claims of stolen packages must be addressed directly with the carrier or local authorities.

Customs Fees

Please note that any orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs fees, including VAT, duties, or taxes, depending on the destination country.

These fees are set by your local customs office and are not included in our prices at checkout.

As the buyer, you are responsible for paying any customs fees that apply to your order. These charges must be paid before your package can be delivered. We recommend checking with your local customs office for any specific fees or regulations.
