Cancellation policy

Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be cancelled.

This policy is clearly outlined during checkout and exists because every saber order enters production, packaging, and fulfillment queues within hours of purchase.

We understand that circumstances can change — however, cancellations disrupt active production workflows and inventory allocations. For this reason, no cancellations or order modifications are permitted after checkout.

If you wish to change your mind after receiving your order, you may return it in accordance with our Return Policy. Please note that all returns are subject to inspection and must meet eligibility criteria before approval.
