1. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase from SWA Sabers, you agree to all store policies, including but not limited to our Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

These policies are publicly available on our website and form an integral part of this agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order or use our website.


2. Orders & Processing

All orders are processed immediately upon purchase.

Because each saber is crafted or prepared to order, cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed.

Production typically takes up to 3 weeks, after which the order will be dispatched. You will receive a tracking number once your shipment leaves our facility.


3. Shipping

Delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Lightspeed Shipping: 48 hours after dispatch

SWA Sabers is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events beyond our control.


4. Returns & Refunds

All returns must comply with our Refund Policy.

  • Non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking and processing fee.
  • Orders placed during special promotions (including “Buy 1 Get 2 Free” or similar offers) are non-refundable.
  • Defective products will be replaced at no additional cost once verified by our support team.

Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

 

 


5. Product Representation

 

We make every effort to ensure product images, descriptions, and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products, lighting conditions, or screen displays.

SWA Sabers reserves the right to improve or modify product designs without prior notice.

 

 


6. Intellectual Property

 

All images, designs, logos, and written content on swasabers.com are the intellectual property of SWA Sabers and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

 

 


7. Limitation of Liability

 

SWA Sabers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, misuse, or delays beyond our control.

All sabers are collectible or dueling replicas and are not toys. Users assume all responsibility for safe handling and use.
