What is SWA DuraBlade™

Crafted from the same polycarbonate used in police riot shields, SWA DuraBlade™ is built specifically for repeated blade-on-blade impacts while maintaining the look and feel of a real lightsaber.

Instead of transferring the full force of every strike directly through the blade, it absorbs and disperses energy by bending slightly before returning to its natural shape. That flexibility helps reduce stress on the blade during repeated blade-on-blade impacts.

The result is a lightsaber built for training, choreography, spinning, and full-contact dueling with confidence.

Was worried about all the negative reviews to start, everything was either one star or five. Happy to report that my order really surpassed my expectations, love the product everything looks and feels incredible and would definitely recommend to others. I feel the delivery date is a bit misleading or misunderstood I'd seen a couple of complaints however everything arrived eventually so I'm happy regardless.

The box arrived wet. Both ends virtually mush. The pixel blade is really cool looking. Ignition versions are fun. It's a little shaky in the hilt. The others are the durablades. The rotj Luke version is my favorite so far.

Shipping took a little longer than I hoped, but everything arrived in good shape. Charging was easy and attaching the blades was quick and painless. The Vastator specifically feels great in the hand and is well-suited for combat with comfortable grip space for two hands and good balance. The controls take a little time to get used to, but honestly it's impressive to have so many options with only a single button and some motion controls. Hearing those reactive sound-effects brings out my inner kid immediately.

Overall the experience is good, my only issue was the wait time for my order to get here. Other than that I love my sabers. I think if swa sabers started an elite ambassador program allowing select ambassadors to become distributors and giving small commission or medium discounts for making sure shipments got out in a timely manner. It would push swa sabers to the next level. I’d sign up in a heart beat.

I absolutely love it! Quality is the first word I think of every time I pick it up! The blade is a Durablade, but has a wonderful brightness to it. I still may swap the core and blade to Pixel just to get the very best out of it. This saber makes you feel like a Jedi on a mission in a galaxy far, far away…. I was very impressed with the 2 free sabers I got when purchasing the survivor 2 double bladed.
